Why is this restricted to administrators? Anyway, it's for series  
1.2, the current development branch. There is no Ubuntu package just  
because the tree isn't released yet. So, it's all done, but I've  
still one question: Translation templates will only be added by the  
administrators and it's not possible for the package maintainer to  
change any aspect of them from within Launchpad, correct? So the  
optimum time of addition is after a string freeze and some weeks  
before the release, to include it properly upstream? How are new  
strings handled?
