translation of APT in french

Hello,

I am french and use Rosetta in order to help translate some packages.
I found that it wasn't possible to translate the "apt" tool in french
(fr), so I need the help of the Rosetta team to import the .pot and
.po files.

I found the URL of the .pot and .po files needed :

http://www.debian.org/international/l10n/po/pot
http://merkel.debian.org/~barbier/l10n/material/po/unstable/main/a/apt/po/apt_0.6.42.1_apt-all.pot.gz

I hope that this is all you need to begin the translation.
If I have made a mistake or if someone has already begun the
translation, thanks to tell me : I am a beginner in translation.
