A workaround:

In the Launchpad URLs, change the "start" number to 0 and the "batch" number 
to something very high. This should force all translations to be displayed on 
the page at once. For example:

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+lang/ru/+index?start=0&batch=9999
