translator-credits

Hi all!

There is a line "translator-credits" in Rosetta which noted with "Put one
translator per line, in the form of NAME <EMAIL>, YEAR1, YEAR2". But there
is only one line for contributors. For example, you can check this here:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+source/xubuntu-docs/+pots/desktopguide/ru/+translate?start=500

It is normal or not? If not, who can fix this bug?
