Papiamento plural forms rules

Hello,

It is currently not possible to translate in Papiamento on Rosetta cause the
rules for plural forms have not been defined so far. Here are the rules to
be used, so Rosetta can now be used to translate in this language :

Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural=n != 1;


Thank you for caring to add these informations to Rosetta so the translation
can soon begin :)
