We're happy to host GRASS in Rosetta.
In your "trunk" series page, you will find a "Translations" link on the
left portlet, which reveals an "Upload translations" link.
https://launchpad.net/products/grass6/trunk/+translations-upload
I see grass is using a non-standard layout for translation files:
locale/po holds the .po files, and locale/pot holds the pot files
(although I don't see any in the CVS snapshot I downloaded). Rosetta
copes best with "plain", traditional setups like a locale/ dir which
holds:
cs.po de.po es.po fr.po it.po ja.po ru.po grasslibs.pot, if you only
have one translation domain, as it seems to be the case with GRASS.
This is just a suggestion, Rsoetta can work with your current setup.
To import your files, just upload a tar.gz to the url above, and Rosetta
will extract the files. The first time you do it, it needs manual
approvement from the Rosetta admins, so please have some patience. :)
