Availability of Debian-Installer templates for Dapper

Have you looked at how Debian handles these? www.d.o uses content
negotiation there, and people get the right translation based on their
browser settings. I think a centralised point for a document and all its
translations is sensible, or at least pointers to the relevant
translations, but that would be harder to maintain I guess.
