I can only help you with technical details.

- From the proposal in this email, we cannot use:

KU_bakur
KU_ bashur
KU_rojhelat
KU_rojawa

for locales, it should be:

ku at bakur
ku at bashur
ku at rojhelat
ku at rojawa

I will wait for more info from you before doing anything in Rosetta.
