This list is an English list so, please, next emails send them in
English. If you need help in Spanish, you have
ubuntu-es at lists.ubuntu.com and ubuntu-es-l10n at lists.ubuntu.com for
translation coordination.

To answer your question, kmobiletools is a package in Ubuntu's universe
and we don't handle (yet) those translations. If you want to help with
its translations, you will need to talk directly with its developers at
http://www.kmobiletools.org/
