Strange Errors in OOo translations

Probably not, I downloaded the file, checked it for errors an uploaded
it again. Possible sources of the problem were:

- No language specified in header
- Some missing accelerators
- Some punctuation errors

My guess is the missing language may have caused the error. That
should have been generated automatically during import, shouldn't it?
