Launchpad can’t handle the plural items in this file, because it doesn’t yet know how plural forms work for Himachali.

Hi 

My name is Aditya Rana and i was trying to translate ubuntu in himachali
but was unable to do that because when i tried to translate it, i got an
error "Are you fluent in a language other than English? If so, you can
contribute to gnome-system-monitor in Ubuntu Edgy by translating it with
Launchpad’s Translations software. You can translate as much as you
like, whenever you like — all you need is a Web browser."

Will appreciate your efforts if you can help in this issue.
