Translate KDevlop

Hi,

KDevelop is normally translated by the upstream KDE translation teams [1]. The version in Ubuntu Feisty Fawn (3.4) has been released as an "english only" version, so the translation is missing in Ubuntu/Rosetta. The next version (3.5) including translations will be released with soon - probably together with KDE 3.5.7 next week.

I'm quite sure that the french team already translated KDevelop, but if you like to support them, you can contact them directly [2].
