Translating Xchat to Portuguese

I suggest that you contact your upstream translation team at
ldp-br at bazar.conectiva.com.br

There already exist a upstream translation but it is seriously outdated

Maybe you could reuse that, translate it and then update both upstream
and Ubuntu.
