  * usr/share/applications/byobu.desktop:
    - ensure TERM gets full color when launching from desktop
  * usr/bin/byobu-enable-prompt:
    - the @ symbol in the color prompt was hard to read
  * usr/bin/byobu-disable-prompt:
    - clean up all byobu-prompt lines
  * usr/bin/byobu-disable-prompt, usr/bin/byobu-enable-prompt:
    - use ubuntu themed colors for the prompt if running on
      Ubuntu
  * usr/bin/byobu-enable-prompt, usr/lib/byobu/distro,
    usr/lib/byobu/include/shutil, usr/lib/byobu/logo:
    - use a common get_distro function in a couple of places
  * usr/lib/byobu/wifi_quality, usr/share/man/man1/byobu.1:
    - make wifi status a little easier to read
  * usr/bin/byobu-disable-prompt, usr/bin/byobu-enable-prompt:
    - ensure we're in a tmux shell
    - ensure we're in a bash shell
    - don't double-reload
