  * Rewrite packaging files
    - Switch to DH 9
    - Enable all hardening flags
    - Enable multiarch
    - Add 10-fix-format-strings.patch
    - Add 11-fix-ftbfs-pthread_cancel.patch (Closes: #713731)
    - Switch to dh_python2 (Closes: #715300)
