  * Resynchronise with Debian.  Remaining changes:
    - src/library/tools/R/install.R: Unconditionally force the use of PCRE
      when defining SHLIB_* macros, so that we aren't using substring
      matching to detect being on an architecture where substring matching
      is broken.

  * debian/arm-perl-regexp.patch: Re-apply ARM patch for regexp

  * debian/rules: Temporarily disabled moving info files. Not all help
