edge channel of ubuntu-core

Hi folks

The ubuntu-core image currently released in the 'edge' channel has a bug
which breaks snapd in some circumstances.

If you are bitten by this the solution is to edit /etc/environment
adding this line:

  SNAP_REEXEC=0

Then just 'sudo service snapd restart' and 'snap refresh ubuntu-core
--channel=XXX' where XXX is not edge :)
