Client authentication for private snap stores?

I have no problem with the server side; I'm sure I can add client cert
support to the
https://github.com/noise/snapstore demo.

The question is the 'snap install' command.
How do you install a client certificate for it to
use while contacting an app store that uses https client certificate
authentication?
