Python2 plugin deprecated, but new plugin not documented?

Hi Sergio,
This is my snap:

running after it builds, I get errors about failure to import
lazr.restfulclient.resource despite it being present in the snap file
system.
Also, cleanbuild fails with a weird unicode error.
