GEM/Ruby snapcraft plugin?

Hi all,

I've recently had to share a lot of code via Github gists which renders my
previous `pastebinit` workflow hindered. There's a gist[0] command, but
it's a Gem/Ruby project and I'm not too keen on jumping through hoops to
use gem on my laptop.

I didn't notice any gem plugins for snapcraft, is there one planned? If not
I may try to figure one out.
