ubuntu-app-platform updated to Qt 5.6.2

Thanks for the bug! That might be a more complicated issue if there are
multiple sources of Qt modules like QPA plugins in use. The overlay PPA is
however harmonized to 5.6.2 already. Apps itselves should not be directly
affected as the Qt internal version conflict detection only covers Qt
modules.

The current store models implies a new renamed package for the intended
bump, but let's see if that is done now or at some later point.
