This is https://bugs.launchpad.net/snapcraft/+bug/1617314 and is progress to
allow use of the 'daemon' user and group. Also, per-snap users and groups is
covered in https://bugs.launchpad.net/snappy/+bug/1606510 (but I don't know the
priority of that work).
