Defining multiple (external) snap packages in a single git repo

We could host multiple snapcraft.yamls in a repo, using some sort of
snapcraft.*.yaml scheme, for example.

So:

  snapcraft

     builds all snaps

  snapcraft snap foo

     builds snapcraft.foo.yaml
