There is this thing called "VMware Solution Exchange" where they have
different categories, like "Virtual Appliances Marketplace", "Cloud
Management Marketplace" and some other marketplaces :-). (URL is
https://solutionexchange.vmware.com/store).

I don't know if it's possible to just upload your own appliance there, I
will have a look.

In the meantime, if Canonical would be willing to host it somewhere (like
you do with the KVM image), I could give it to you somehow.
