Cannot get django python webserver working on snappy ubuntu

Hi,

I am now having a problem in making django python webserver working on
snappy system. I did the following tries:

1) I created a python project at https://github.com/liu-xiao-guo/restapi.
In the project, I used requirements.txt to install the needed python
packages for the project. However, I got a problem in getting the packages
installed. reported a bug
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/snapcraft/+bug/1523384> for it. Basically,
there are some broken symlinks in the target installation

2) I tried a different approach to install the needed python packages using
"stage-pacakges" method. I created a project at
https://github.com/liu-xiao-guo/restapi-python. I found that the packages
are all installed on the target. The problem is that it does not work at
all.

By the way, the same code works well on the desktop environment. Can anyone
help to look into the problem for it?
