You need separate hardware for Thread (802.15.4 radio) and I do not think
they have released any sdk yet.
Besides you will have problems making the GPIOs work on snappy. So it may
be a hassle to control anything via the GPIO pins. I think that support
comes back with linux kernel 4.1.
