Caps

Hi,

Caps are mentioned in the guides[1][2] without detailing the caps available
and what they do.

Eg. I have a snap that, I guess, is basically networking or network-client,
but it needs to rename a file which is denied by aa under those caps, where
do I go to pick the best mix of caps for that snap?
