Keyword for snapcraft to define the architectures it can build for.

* supported-architectures would mean you *can* build this package for
any architecture in the list
* target-architectures can be understood as "it will be built for the
following arch by some build tool"
* build-arch same as previous

So if the semantic really is "this package *can* be built for" I would
advocate for supported-arch :)
