Default Interface Bringup

Yes, I am 15.04. I was able to setup wifi using wpa_supplicant. Thanks for this suggestion. But the point was that as Snappy boots up and discovers devices why does it not enable the wifi by default? There's no lspci in snappy and I am not sure if I remember seeing lsusb. In the absence of these tools an end user starting with snappy does not get any indication as to what's going on with the wifi. This needs to be enabled by default just like eth0!
