Booting a snappy thumb drive

FYI, if you want to boot a thumb drive containing the snappy alpha image,
you can't use dd directly. You need to convert it from qcow2 format:
sudo qemu-img convert -f qcow2 -O raw ubuntu-core-alpha-02_amd64-virt.img
/dev/sdb
(Though trying to boot this on my laptop gives me some sort of kernel
panic. Looking into it. Any guesses?)
