Ah---that's the ticket!  Good catch.  I re-fired the build but didn't
really get anything extra in the build log [1].  Is there a log file
or similiar?

Okay great---that makes things simpler.  I've left '--size' in my
instructions [2] as this is probably something users will want to mess
with and it is freebie documentation ;-).
