Setup the Wiki for no-english langages

Hi,

I just would like to inform that the index page of the wiki for french
browser displays a presentation of Moin-Moin (the wiki engine). Perhaps
the multilangage handler should be disabled on Moin-Moin (if its
possible) or I can copie the content of the english to the french one.
