Autralia's Departmen of Veterans' Affairs has a tender out. Someone at 
Canonical (Jeff?) should pick up a copy.

I'm not at all sure that U can meet their requirements now, but it's a 
good real-life target to aim at. It might be achievable in an acceptable 
timeframe.
