ACPI 20040715 or 20040816 ?

I've got an open issue against 2.6.9-rc1 (which contains 20040715) that AFTER 
shutdown (ie: halt), any change in the lid switch status turns the machine 
back on. Seems that the wakeup_devices module doesn't disable itself on 
shutdown. Currently waiting on Len to reply but it seems he's rather busy 
with other things at the moment. I'll give 20040816 a try though and see if 
that fixes things.

While it's not a major issue, the last thing we want is people complaining 
that they shutdown their laptop, closed the lid and then later when they go 
to power up their battery is flat because the machine has been running ever 
since they shut the lid.
