Hopefully hotplug, hal and NetworkManager will provide this candy (as I
understand it) ...
Right now Warty should detect the NIC (in hotplug) and load the
appropriate module for it, making it available for configuration in
g-s-t.
For Hoary, NetworkManager/netapplet/whatever wins would see the device
in hal, see it's connected to a network and attempt DHCP.
