Not without extra bits (I use gworldclock). I guess in large part it hasn't
been done yet is because Sun had patches, but didn't send them upstream, and
they ended up being pretty raw, but no one else got around to doing it.

It'd be great to have a list of world times pop up in the clock popout (with
the tasks, calendar and appointments, etc).
