Yes, some of them might be quite technically demanding to use, but there
are people out there who will have an interest in that field and figure
out how to use them.
For Hoary, I'd like to make sure we have:
- a basic paint program (A 'la Paint on Windows)
- Inkscape / Sodipodi
We should aim to fill the install CD with the best-of-breed applications
in key use areas, even if those use areas are not things that everyone
will use, they give the platform a richer, more comprehensive feel.
The only reason not to include Inkscape or Sodipodi was that we could
not decide which would emerge with more momentum.
