debian-cd updated. Naturally we'll have to coordinate with archive
changes before changing URLs (which form most of the occurrences of
"no-name-yet", I think).

I think we either need to have this done by about Saturday or else wait
until after the preview release, or there is a good chance that the
preview will slip.
