If you have an external USB floppy, or an external floppy of some sort (eg: 
Thinkpad's and the like), it may not be detectable at install time. And 
installing it when the floppy could be inserted would be painful. Perhaps 
making it hidden when there is no floppy could be useful, but this is 
unlikely.
