Warty8 on an Inspiron 8000: success!

Well, this is how it works:

try to autodetect resolution -> yes, do not prompt and go ahead.
|
no -> prompt with sensible defaults.

So basically it was not possible to detect your resolution, and we only
mark 3 sensible defaults that are known to work almost everywhere.

PS some extra work in improving autodetection has been done since Sounder8
so perhaps next time it will work. please let us know!
