... which is also not configured by default on Ubuntu.

What I'm trying to get is someone on the project to say "F10/F11 is
going to be middle/right mouse" or "FnCtrl/FnAlt ..." or anything.  You
need middle and right mouse click to exist out of the box for Powerbook
users.
