Multimedia Support in Ubuntu

Have you considered the Helix media framework (which is now GPL btw) for 
Ubuntu? Also, RealPlayer 10 for Linux, which has been well recieved from 
the community, might make a good addition to the OS and provide legal 
playback capability for MP3  apart from RA/RV, Ogg etc. The localized 
version of the player (with support for 9 languages) is due out later 
this month as well.
