Thanks for using Ogg Vorbis.  Since bandwidth is the issue, you can get all 
the bandwidth and storage you need at no charge if you upload to archive.org. 
  You can even link directly to the files stored there, so you can have your 
own website with whatever look and feel you desire and all of the files 
pointing to download links at archive.org.
