Which, in the opinion of many - including afaik Sun - means that you can't
distribute it as part of a bundle that includes programs from multiple
sources. If "Ubuntu" wrote all the software it distributes, it _might_ be
legal to include it on the CD. It is _not_ legal to distribute it as a
separate package (ie, through Apt) because it may be distributed "only
bundled as part..."
