I guess established countries are quite different from evolving
ones.  I'm not aware of (and lazy to come up with) marginally
reliable statistics on at least a few countries of these types 
so "guess".

Pulease, Sasha, don't tell me what's happening around me.
Especially when there are no reliable stats on *real* incomes.

Simply put, it's not that easy.

And the quality of education seems much less relevant here than
the quality of people -- those who want to live and who *do* live
and not just exist.
