All things done and decided by Ubuntu are in the open, on IRC, in
mailing lists, during the bi-annual conferences open to anyone.  A
private list  for these "top people"  in my opinion goes against what
the Ubuntu project stands for.  I don't see this happening, and
frankly I don't see the point of keeping some things "secret" to a few
chosen few.
