I assume Peter means "Reply", not "Reply to list".
Because this list doesn't set a "reply-to" header, we get the following
behaviour from evolution:
Reply: replies to the message sender only
Reply all: puts the list in the CC: header

Reply to list is available in evolution, using the keyboard with Ctrl-R,
or the menus via "Message->Reply to List". That picks up the list, and
ignores the message sender. This will help Yuki, who uses evolution, but
not Sasha, who is using gmail, with the User-Agent given as "User-Agent:
Mail/News 1.5 (X11/20060309)".
