Why does Debian display and print OO2 documents differently than Ubuntu?

I have noticed that the same OpenOffice 2 odg file is printed
dramatically differently on Debian than how it is on Ubuntu? E.g.

Is this a "feature" or a bug? If it is a bug is it a bug with the
Debain or Ubuntu version?

It seems that I should report this somewhere, but where?
