Get a grip.  It's a tag line.  Half of the time, they don't even make sense. 
There aren't even any rules on the Internet about quoting tags completely
out of context - often that makes them more interesting.

If it isn't part of the netiquette FAQ, it should be: you should never
criticize someone for anything below the cut line, unless it's more than 4
lines...
