Especially the 'File a new bug' page -- do I really have to go through
Distribution -> Source Package -> Bugs -> File new bug to file a bug?

I couldn't find a screen where I can just enter a package name (maybe a
distribution) and the bug description in one go, like I could in bugzilla.
